An exciting opportunity exists for a permanent full time Labourer to join our Engineering and Infrastructure Directorate in Clermont. Located approximately 300km inland from Mackay, Clermont is a small mining community that has a strong community focus, and prides itself in its rich history and various recreational activities. Local families deeply value the town as a great place to raise children in a safe and secure environment; one that people from all walks of life flock to Reporting to the Team Leader Infrastructure, this position is responsible for the labour work and service of plant, for construction, maintenance and works.
ABOUT YOU
• A minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role
• Ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams
• A sound understanding of Workplace Health and Safety
• White Card - Construction Induction
• ‘C’ Class Open Australian Drivers Licence
• Ability to pass pre-employment functional assessment and/or behavioral testing

• Salary $59,892.01 - $61,040.34 per annum + allowances
• Nominally 76 hours over a 9-day fortnight
• 5 weeks annual leave @ 17.5% loading.
