Your new role
Are you a Concreter with kerb and channel experience or willingness to learn, looking for permanent full-time work without worrying about weather delaying jobs or chasing payment from completed jobs?
We are seeking a motivated and hardworking person to lay and finish kerb and channel and perform other duties such as concreting, pavement construction and pipe laying.
If you have experience concreting and/or kerb and channel, with a desire to work with multiple teams across a range of projects within the Rockhampton region then apply now!
This position requires the completion of a satisfactory Criminal History Check - Police Certificate (Australia Wide Name Only Police Check).
What we are looking for
- Industry experience in either placing and finishing concrete kerb and channel, or forming, placing, and finishing of concrete slabs.
- C Class Licence and Construction Industry White Card.
- Great teamwork skills and the ability to learn new roles and skills.
- Motivation to provide good customer service.
- Safety focussed with the ability to identify hazards and risks on the worksite.
- Adaptability to work with multiple teams in varying locations.

Application Criteria
- Demonstrated experience in placing machine and hand-poured concrete kerb and channel and/or extensive trade experience in forming, placing, and finishing concrete.
- Strong team player with knowledge and understanding of WH&S procedures relevant to concreting and civil construction.
