SalaryAre you an experienced production work that has dealt with raw beef products This is an opportunity to join a meat distribution company based in Dandenong. You will be responsible for loading and unloading warehouse crates and meat products in a cold store of below 10C . On offer is Morning shift 5am -2pm.
The role
- Excellent knife handling skills
- Proficient at removing cuts from carcass sides & quarters, using specified cutting lines whilst retaining maximum yield
- Physically fit
- Willing to undergo pre-employment drug & alcohol screening
- Pick packing and preparation of orders of up to 30kg
What you need
Previous experience as a labouer within the Meat Industry.
You will need to be safety focused, physically fit and able to complete manual tasks.
- Able to start immediately
- Current experience in meat facility production
- Previous experience loading/unloading crates and products
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
- Ongoing work with every week Monday to Friday
- Opportunity for overtime and potential permanency
- multiple pay runs, to ensure you are always paid on-time
