Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Labourer/Trades Assistant. The successful candidate will primarily assist tradespeople in various tasks while maintaining a safe work environment. A Level 2 Confined Spaces certification is required for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Assist tradespeople with various tasks on job sites.
- Follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, especially those related to confined spaces.
- Operate tools and equipment under supervision.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Level 2 Confined Spaces certification.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
