ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role you will lead the delivery of scope coordinating Land Access subject matter experts as they provide key deliverables required to Gain Access in the discipline of Land Access coupled with a deep understanding of the Cultural Heritage and Native Title, Planning and Environment and Tenures and Co-development deliverables as well.
This role operates in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment that requires the need for a motivated individual to actively participate in and contribute to a wide range of business issues as they relate to Gaining and Maintaining Access. The successful candidate will need to thrive in a team environment and support the delivery of Access by encouraging others, leading and supporting teams through challenging situations and leveraging the strength and expertise of others as required.
More about the role:
- Leading a team, ensuring statutory compliance obligations for Gaining and Maintaining Access and the provision of advice and risk management as it relates to Gaining and Maintaining Access.
- Up skilling the Land Access Team members to be competent in Gaining Access and Maintaining Access for Integrated Gas.
- Lead the Stakeholder Liaisons, Negotiators, and Access Advisors in the Land Access Team.
- Gain and Maintain Access for Integrated Gas in accordance with the schedule.
- Gaining and Maintaining Access delivery through ethical practices to maintain stakeholder trust.
- Measure and monitor the Land Access Component of the Gain Access Process Performance in pursuit of excellence.
To be successful in this role you will come with sound knowledge and experience with Land Access, together with the ability to effectively negotiate and manage conflict to obtain mutually beneficial outcomes/ agreements.
More about you:
- Degree holder, preferably in Law Administration, Environment, Engineering, Finance or Business
- Experience in presenting/achieving strategic decisions at senior management or board level
- Skilled mediator with the ability to develop and deliver solutions to complex business issues
- Good knowledge of legal aspects in relevant to the CSG industry and Land Access
- Excellent business acumen with demonstrated strong analytical and creative thinking ability.
