  • Lead the resolution of land access issues by leveraging expertise in negotiating agreements for accessing and sustaining renewable energy resources and associated land.
  • Formulate and execute comprehensive land access plans, covering communication strategies, engagement planning, risk management related to stakeholder involvement, and implementation of mitigation measures.

  • Oversee relationships and agreements with existing lease-holding landholders, proactively addressing any challenges related to land management. Ensure effective budget management within scopes of work delivered by contractors.
Requirements:
  • Possess a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in the energy, resources/mining, or heavy industry sectors.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing complex land access negotiation issues and negotiating diverse land access agreements.
  • Proven track record in developing strategies to gain and maintain access to renewable energy resources and land.
  • Dynamic and strategic thinking with adaptability and flexibility.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal and collaborative capabilities, along with in-depth knowledge of land access, planning, and social license legislation relevant to energy or resource development projects in Australia.
