LAND SALES ADMINISTRATION, SOUTH EAST
The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity to join our Land Sales team in one of Clyde North's exciting land Subdivisions.
The successful applicant should have strong administration skills, speak confidently to clients and be able to learn new software programs. This role requires weekend work, (Saturday to Wednesday) a strong desire to learn, a reliable vehicle to go between offices in the South East corridor where necessary, keen interest in sales and a great attitude.
This Sales Administration position will focus on tailored learning and development for those wanting a career in Land Sales.
The position offered is a full-time position.
The successful candidate should have
- A willingness to complete their sub-agents certificate if not already obtained
- Strong administrative skills
- A high level of personal presentation and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literate and able to learn new programs
- Excellent time management with ability to adapt
- Work as part of a team and have a positive attitude
- Interest in Land Sales and ability to speak confidently about the project to customers
