Land Sales Coordinator

Key responsibilities of this challenging and rewarding role include: -

• Assisting with the preparation and processing of land sale contracts with accuracy, while meeting deadlines
• Following up finance approvals and land settlements weekly in accordance with contract conditions
• Assisting with managing consultants, contractors and stakeholder engagement
• Assisting the department with the management of developments from concept through to onsite delivery
• Assisting relevant stakeholders in preparation for land releases
• Providing administration support with timely receipt and upkeep of construction information
• Responding to client, sales agents and building consultant queries as efficiently as possible
• Other general administrative duties as required

The person that we are seeking is a bright, energetic self-starter with the ability to work under minimal supervision. You must have the ability to respond quickly and professionally to new and changing situations. You will also have a demonstrated skill in taking initiative, prioritising and multi-tasking in a fast-moving environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are essential.
