About the Role

The Transport Portfolio Land and Property Services (TPLPS) is a consolidation of the Transport portfolio's land and property management functions.

The Land Survey Manager is responsible for managing Land Survey requirements and associated graphics presentation in relation to land requirements for transport related projects. Furthermore, the Land Survey Manager is required to provide specialist advice on statutory land matters and manages the subdivision process to facilitate land rationalisation and land disposal of Transport Portfolio land holdings.

Some of the key deliverables of this role include:

  • Land Services: develop tender documents and manage consultants to deliver appropriate cadastral surveying and registration of graphics that facilitate efficient land acquisition, disposal and dealings for transport infrastructure projects.
  • Leadership and Management: contribute to the formulation of Branch policy and provide leadership and management for resources to meet agreed budget and performance levels
  • Stakeholder Relationships: collaborate with internal stakeholders and consult with other government agencies.
