Landstruct Landscape Constructions is an award winning, established and highly experienced Landscape Design and Construction Business looking for an experienced LANDSCAPE FOREPERSON to join our dynamic team.

We have a growing pipeline of projects particularly in the Northern and Western suburbs of Melbourne.

Requirements

• Ambitious and confident with a positive attitude
• Enthusiastic about contributing to and maintaining a great work culture
• Motivated to grow with the company and share in our successes along the way 
• Ability to lead by example, manage multiple staff and contractors and hold yourself to a high standard
• Minimum 2 years + experience as a commercial landscape OR civil foreperson/supervisor
• Ability to maximise productivity within your team
• Ability to understand and interpret landscape documentation, levels, design, and specifications.
• Experience and a high level of skills in paving, concreting and/or timber works along with associated soft landscape.
• Current Drivers Licence, White Card, WWCC
• Ability to implement company WHS Procedures and work in a safe manner
• Excavator/bobcat licence, and any other relevant landscape tickets would be advantageous, but not mandatory
