As a Landscape Maintenance Area Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing sites north of the river. Key duties include budget management, resourcing and scheduling of maintenance works and personnel, quality control, subcontractor management, client and stakeholder liaison, SQE compliance, and providing regular project updates to the Operations Manager.

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role within the landscaping or related field.
• Strong ability to plan, assign, direct, and manage the activities of supervisors and maintenance teams.
• Proficient in developing scheduling efficiencies for maintenance activities.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
