Synthetic Sports Group offer expert design, construction and installation of synthetic sports surfaces for all types of sports.

We are currently looking for a Landscaper to join our dynamic and expanding team!

To be considered for the role, you will:

• Have your own transport with a current driver's licence and ability to travel
• Be physically fit with the stamina required for the manual tasks
• Hold a White Card (OH&S induction card)
• Have or be able to get a Working with Children Check
• Be highly motivated and positive attitude towards all tasks
• Be honest, reliable, and consistent
• Be a team player
• Have an eagerness to learn and develop your skills
• Enjoy working in a high-performance environment
• Possess good communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Backyard Softscapes and Hardscapes
• Installation of Natural Turf
• Remedial garden and landscape works
• Construction of Sporting Surfaces
• Installation and maintenance of synthetic grass
• Removal and disposal of ground surfaces
• Installation and resurfacing of acrylic sport surfaces and sports equipment
• Setting out and line marking for specific sport boundaries
• Base preparation and minor earthworks
• High pressure cleaning of hard surfaces
• General labouring and site clean-up
• Construction of sporting facilities
• Use of handheld and mechanical machinery
• Material handling
• Installation of sand on grass surfaces
• Minor fencing repairs
• Occasionally drive the company vehicle for product pick up and delivery
• Reading of architectural and structural plans
• Follow and submit required Work Health & Safety Documentation
• Follow instructions and procedures as directed by Foreman, Supervisor or Construction Manager

A salary between $70,000 - $80,000 + superannuation will be offered to the successful candidates.
