Your analytical skills will be key in monitoring and improving traffic and bussing operations, contributing to the overall efficiency of the airport. By leading operational trials and managing key projects, you will play a significant role in driving continuous improvement and strategic development at Sydney Airport.

What you’ll be doing
- Oversee the day-to-day management of Sydney Airport’s Landside and Transport operations, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Enhance customer experience by ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service delivery from our service providers to passengers, stakeholders, and partners.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to review, develop, and implement effective operational processes and procedures across the airport.
- Analyse data to monitor and improve Landside and airside traffic, bussing operations, and overall customer facilitation.
- Lead operational trials, manage Landside and bussing projects, and foster strong business relationships to drive continuous improvement and strategic development.
The experience you’ll bring:
- Demonstrated experience in customer service roles, preferably within the aviation or transportation industry.
- Proven ability to manage complex operations and deliver high-quality outcomes.
