Lash and brow technician

Position: Lash & Brow Technician

Location: Labrador, Gold Coast

Hours: Hours negotiable for the right candidate. We are open Monday - Saturdays

About Us: Lashed up & beauty is a small but thriving beauty salon with a close-knit team of 9 dedicated staff members. We take pride in providing exceptional beauty services to our loyal clientele. As a Lash & Brow Technician at our salon, you will have the chance to showcase your skills and contribute to our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of Lash and brow services, including extensions, lifts, tints, and shaping (Lash experience essential)
• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive and professional salon environment
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques
• Attend training sessions and workshops as required

Qualifications:

• A great attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for beauty
• Handmade experience preferred (not essential)
• At least one year of lash extension experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and services
