Join a not-for-profit boutique St Mary's Villa Residential Aged Care Home (99 bed) in Concord (Sydney).

Are you passionate about quality services for older people? You will deliver quality services to residents according to their needs and preferences and that their experience affirms their individuality, well-being, culture and choices. You will be working closely with the care and services workforce, residents and families to deliver services.

Essential criteria:

• Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.   
• Genuine interest, empathy and respect for the elderly. 
• Demonstrated commitment to Christian values.
• Satisfactory criminal record history check.
• Eligibility to work in Australia  

Desirable criteria:

• Previous experience in residential aged care and/or laundering role.
• Knowledge in use of commercial laundry equipment.
