Our Home:

The role:
In your role you will be responsible for delivering laundry and personal clothing services to our residents in a manner that supports customer choice. You will actively converse & engage with our residents ensuring consistent high quality care.
To be successful you will need:
- Demonstrated empathy with and commitment to the care of older people
- Ability to connect with and help others
- Proven experience in delivering high levels of exceptional customer service
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems and find the ‘yes’
- Proficiency in using technology, devices and software
- Well-developed interpersonal and written communication skills

Onboarding:
If your application is successful, you will be required to commence employment to our three day On-boarding Program. Our training will cover all things Warrigal and the essential skills that will set you up for success that ensure our customers have the highest quality care.
