AddressGriffins Lawyers are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join our highly motivated staff on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities and Opportunities:
- Assisting clients across a range of industries in the private sector.
- Providing legal advice to individuals, small & large businesses, and significantly Australian companies.
- Keeping up to date with and maintaining a fulsome knowledge and understanding of Court rules, procedures and practices.
- Attending client meetings, drafting of pleadings and applications, conferring with Counsel retained and day to day conduct of files.
- Interest in sports law.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Admitted as a practitioner of the Supreme Court
- Prior experience in Commercial Litigation
- Ability to work to Court timetable and time contraints
