Lead Automotive Technician / Mechanic (Euro)

UGP are looking for a Lead Technician / Mechanic to join and support our growing team. If you are an experienced senior Euro specialist and are looking to take that next step in your career with leadership duties, this will be a perfect move. This is a blended role that will need to deliver specialist repairs and oversee workshop operations, support other technicians, allocate tasks and order parts ahead of jobs starting.

Are you a driven individual that has a genuine passion for the industry, and have prior experience in the following:

• Excellent technical and diagnosis skills
• Prior experience with a VW/Audi/BMW/Mercedes/Porsche dealership will be highly regarded
• A strong understanding of the automotive industry and knowledge of aftermarket offerings for performance enhancing solutions
• Customer management experience
