SalaryFrankies Traralgon is looking for a new Head Barista to help lead our coffee culture and deliver the best possible cup.
We are looking for someone with prolific barista skills and a great understanding of what it takes to make consistently great tasting coffee. You will be working directly with the new owner to help grow the business and develop the best coffee culture in town!
As the Lead Barista you will be responsible for the following:
- Consistent quality for not just coffee but also our bar products.
- Training of all baristas & Development of new products, systems and procedures to ensure your standards are met daily.
- Culture and environment, ensuring your domain is vibrant, positive, clean and safe.
- Equipment, ensuring all equipment in the bar is well maintained and serviced.
