North Street Store in Cottesloe
Wards Central Dining in Shenton Park
- Greet and welcome customers with a warm and friendly demeanour, providing prompt and efficient service.
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee beverages, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Leadership and training of the barista team.
- Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
- Stock ordering and creating great relationships with our suppliers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Lead Barista (minimum 2 years).- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques.- Proven ability in equipment calibration and monitoring of volumetrics throughout each shift (grind, pour etc) - Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.- Strong attention to detail, ensuring correct orders and efficient service.- Weekend availability a must!- A friendly and approachable personality, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.- Food safety and hygiene certification is a necessity. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
