About the Role: As the Lead Building Service Commissioning Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring optimal performance, energy efficiency, and occupant comfort in the car park facility. Your expertise will drive successful project delivery and contribute to sustainable infrastructure.
An initial short-term contract with potential to extend.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to review design documents, specifications, and equipment manuals.
- Conduct thorough pre-commissioning checks, including initial functional tests.
- Oversee commissioning activities, from HVAC and electrical systems to SCADA and fire systems.
- Balance air and water flows, calibrate sensors, and validate performance.
- Train building operators and maintain system performance during the warranty period.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems.
- Proven experience with multi-story car park projects.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred certifications: Certified Commissioning Professional (CCP), LEED Accreditation, ASHRAE Certification, Project Management Certification, or Engineering Degree.
You must have full working rights in Australia and be living in Perth.
