About the Role?
We are currently seeking Lead (Diploma) Educators to join our team in Permanent Roles
working across Monday to Friday 7.00am to 6.00pm.
The Role Will Entail:

• Developing Secure and Supportive Relationships with children and being able to Communicate and Support Families
• Mentoring and assisting a team of Educators whilst being part of a large team dynamic
• Responsible for keeping records and paperwork up to date
• Develop and deliver curriculum founded on the Services Philosophy whilst following the Regulations and National Quality Standards
• Ensure the learning environment is clean, hygienic and safe
• Observe and record children's growth, development and behaviour using electronic portfolios.
• Engage and create beautiful learning experiences for children

You will already have or be willing to obtain:

• Diploma in Early Education and Care
• Bachelor Of Early Childhood Or Working Towards
• Current First Aid certificate with anaphylaxis and asthma training
• Working with Vulnerable People (WWVPC)
• Experience with curriculum Planning and Writing

Desirable:

• Fantastic organizational and teamwork skills
• Sound written and verbal communication skills
• A good level of computer literacy
• A sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
