About the role

As a Lead Document Controller, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient development, maintenance and communication of both project and process related records to support stakeholders and end-users.  The implementation and managing best practice Document Management systems will be required together with project reporting.

You will report to the Systems and Improvement Business Partner and will be accountable for the maintenance of project documentation and the control of Enerven project offices document registers.

The position also provides a service to the Enerven Systems and Improvement team to support the development of an Enerven Quality Management System.

About you

  • Relevant diploma (Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management) or equivalent experience
  • System platform knowledge (Aconex, TeamBinder, SPF, SharePoint and MS Teams etc)
  • Holder of a current Drivers Licence
  • Relevant experience in a commercial position related to project management.
  • Understanding of ISO 9001 desirable.
