In this Lead Radiographer position, you will be the senior-most person for anything clinical, working to support a team of Rad's who thoroughly enjoy what they do, and do it well. You can expect to maintain your own clinical skills, and ensure the smooth operations of the sites - it is a pretty well oil-machined already, so this is the ideal role for someone to take a step into leadership, without being burnt by fires.To be successful, you must be a Radiographer with a few years under your belt and a passion for clinical excellency. To fit with the team, you must enjoy learning and a collaborative mindset - even in faced paced environments, there's a lot to learn from each other, and they always find time to share insights! You'll work across X-Ray and CT, and have flexibility to choose what site you want to be based at.
