About the role:
The Lead Rostering Coordinator is responsible for connecting our community care clients and care workers, through the delivery of high-quality referral, intake and rostering support. This role is vital to improve the quality of our services and employment experience by supporting and working with our stakeholders. The Lead Rostering Coordinator also is responsible for reviewing rosters to maximise utilisation and reduce travel times and any other duties as directed by the Senior Coordinator – Rostering.
About you:
- Business related qualification and relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability to schedule and coordinate rosters with minimal supervision and as part of a multi- disciplinary team.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience communicating with aged care and people living with a disability.
- High level time management, problem solving and organisational skills.
- High level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience using AlayaCare and CRM or other systems as required.
- Willingness to participate in Learning and Development opportunities and be flexible with working hours.
- Proof of Vaccination Status as required by Legislation, Health Directives or WMQ Policy throughout employment and prior to commencement.
