As a Lead Services Specialist – Completions & Well Intervention, you’ll be responsible for all resources, and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property. These activities contribute to maintain, repair, and refurbish sold or existing products. Developing an operational year plan for the own department activities. Suggests improvements in products, processes, and procedure.
As a Lead Services Specialist – Completions & Well Intervention, you will be responsible for:
- Acting as the single point of contact to the customer for timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Covering a wide variety of support & services offered – configuration and installations.
- Establishing and maintaining contact to provide on-going technical and business support to assigned customers.
- Working together with high level people from the business.
- Handling standardized project processes.
- Handling diverse clients within the region.
Fuel your passion
- To be successful in this role you will:
- Have bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
- Have 3 years or more experience in operation and customer service Management.
- Have tools and services experience in Completions & Well Intervention (Fishing, Plug & Abandonment, Casing Exit, Liner Hanger, Cased Hole Completions etc.)
- Have good oral and written communication skills with good interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Have ability to influence others and lead small teams.
- Have lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact with ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
- Have effective problem identification and solution skills with proven analytical and organizational ability.
