About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a passionate Lead Software Engineer (.NET, API Developer) to come and work with us on exciting new projects for some of Australia’s leading organisations.
With a focus on creative collaboration, you’ll get the opportunity to be part of an integrated, multi-disciplined team building innovative solutions for blue-chip clients like Woodside, VenuesWest, FringeWorld, Rottnest Island Authority and more.
Fusing strategic thinking, mature processes and agile delivery, you’ll work with creative freedom developing robust, user-friendly web/mobile applications and CMS driven sites.
**Please note, this is a Perth based role and all applicants must be able to attend the office weekly**
About You
If you’re a Software Engineer who wants to move away from small budget projects, low-value clients and dull projects, to work on a diverse range of blue-chip, customer-focused projects across multiple industries, this is the role for you.
We’re looking for someone who is passionate and enthusiastic about development, who is keen to think innovatively and ready to craft exceptional digital experiences and has a genuine passion for tech.
You’ll enjoy being part of an agile team working in a dynamic environment built on collaboration and communication and continually want to learn and improve.
Skills you’ll possess:
- Minimum 10 years experience work with in ASP.NET MVC, C# .NET, SQL Server and IIS
- 2 year experience using .Net Core
- HTML5 and JavaScript.
- RESTful web services, GraphQL and 3rd party integrations.
- GIT, branching, merging and conflict resolution
- Understanding of Solution Architecture
- Demonstrated experience in leading others, mentoring, training and developing technical capabilities of team members.
- Ability to motivate and mange a high performing team.
Preferred but not essential:
- A tertiary qualification in an applicable filed is preferable.
- Angular JS, React JS or React Native experience.
- JS-based build tools like Webpack, Yarn, and Bower.
- Octopus Deploy and TeamCity experience.
- Atlassian suite of products or similar.

- Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, in both written and spoken English.
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong multitasking skills as you will be working on multiple projects at once.
- Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
- Demonstrate a positive, results driven approach to your work.
