This role will develop products, services and processes which enhance proposition and support the strategic direction of the team and business. You will provide leadership to the Business Analysts in the team, including providing technical guidance, mentorship and support to further team capabilities. Required experience
- 10+ years’ experience in a customer-facing Senior Technical Business Analyst role
- Experience leading a team with strong coaching, mentoring and management skills
- Involvement in large-scale technical projects, specialising in project administration, information management, and gathering/managing business requirements
- Ability to read code and do basic SQL queries
- Experience developing, documenting, and maintaining operational policies, detailed process flows, and quality metric standards
- Demonstrated experience in Service Design, CX principles, facilitating client workshops, deriving user stories, and conducting application quality assurance testing
- Expertise in Excel, JIRA, and Prototyping tools
- Experience in workforce planning, queuing, customer flow environments, and applying commonly used productivity methods is highly desirable
