AddressFocus Fencing QLD is seeking a experienced Leading Hand Fencing installer with experience in the domestic side of fencing, including timber, colorbond, gates and specialist fencing projects
The candidate will be responsible for installing various projects of fencing and gate installation.
This includes coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and successful project completion.
The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining project schedules, supervision of labourers, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Fencing installation/carpentry or similar experience or similar (1 year)
- Quality control skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills internally and externally
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with common sense
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Reliable, punctual and hard working
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to read and interpret work orders and plans
- Competent basic technical skills
- Safety conscious and the ability to adhere to WHS policies and procedure
- Manual Drivers Licence
