This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with exceptional organisational skills and dynamic problem-solving abilities! We're seeking a proactive team player with excellent communication skills to coordinate education and training programs nationwide. You'll manage a variety of tasks, from event organisation to stakeholder engagement, in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities

1. Learning Program coordinator: oversee the administration of education and training programs nationwide, including workshops and other activities.
2. Customer service excellence: provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
3. Training support: assist in developing and executing training plans and team schedules to ensure smooth operations
4. Administrative support: aid in course and content reviews, handle correspondence and inquiries, and support team members ongoing care
5. Database management: responsible for the management of internal databases and systems

Skills and experience

• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Exceptional organisational skills
• Management of multiple tasks simultaneously
• Microsoft Office experience
• Current Australian Drivers license
