What Awaits You…
The Learning Content Developer will craft captivating and dynamic learning materials that adhere to our Learning & Development framework. Collaborating closely with the Learning Experience Designer and subject matter experts, they'll ensure the quality and efficacy of the Learning Content.
Here's what you'll be diving into every day, but limited to:
- Develop a variety of learning materials, from presentations to interactive modules
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate content accuracy
- Ensure learning materials are accessible and inclusive for all learners
- Update existing materials as needed, ensuring version control
- Utilize e-learning authoring tools and platforms effectively
- Adapt content to suit different delivery methods and formats
- Stay updated on new tools and technologies in the learning industry
- Ensure learning materials align with the specific needs of the employment services sector

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
