The Learning Chapter Area is dedicated to crafting dynamic learning solutions that equip our people with the skills and mindsets needed to excel in their roles (current and future) and will ultimately help CBA achieve +30 NPS through expert learning consultation, design, facilitation, operations management and learning platform support.
By fostering a culture of learning, the Learning chapter contributes to employee engagement, talent retention, and overall business success, ultimately ensuring that CBA remains competitive and agile in a rapidly changing world.

The Learning Partner role reports directly to the Chapter Lead of Learning and will initially support the newly formed RBS Branch & Lending Skilling squad.
You will add value both through contributing to the squad assigned as well as the learning chapter by :
- Delivering quality outcomes through effective contribution to the squad deliverables
- Contributing to the achievement of customer outcomes through effective consultation and analysis leading to the development of impactful, measurable learning solutions.
- Delivering on our customer aspiration by displaying a continuous improvement, innovation and a customer obsessed mind-set
- Fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing in the learning chapter
- Demonstrating skills in curiosity, stakeholder and project management, problem solving, coaching and agile ways of working
Do work that matters
- Provide expert learning consultation and solutions to optimise our Lending Learning Products to build skill and capability.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders ensuring there is constant alignment between the business strategy and learning priorities.
- Implement effective methods to evaluate effectiveness of solutions delivered focussing on impact and customer outcomes.
- Collaborate with squad members from different chapters to problem solve and ensure a broader alignment to CBA skilling to maximise resource and impact.
- Utilise data and feedback to inform metrics and leverage these to support continuous improvement efforts, in partnership with the PO & chapter lead
We're interested in hearing from people who possess
- Demonstrated experience developing innovative learning solution to achieve outcomes and maximise impact in collaboration with design when required
- Demonstrated examples of Learning Needs Analysis/Assessment Strategy/Evaluation
- Experience in supporting, consulting and challenging stakeholders to achieve strategic goals
- Passion for content curation and evidence of an 'always learning' mindset
- Lending experience either directly or working in the learning area highly regarded
