- Monday to Saturday work with 1 day off during the week
- Prospecting and processing tenant applications
- Leasing and home opens
- Marketing
- Liaising with owners
- Database management
- Current property manager registration and valid drivers' license
- Really outgoing, friendly and enthusiastic personality
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to build new and maintain existing relationships
- Have excellent time management skills
