The Opportunity
Our client is seeking to appoint an experienced Shopping Centre Leasing Executive to work across a portfolio of high-performing assets with interstate exposure. There will be the opportunity for interstate travel and diversified asset exposure.
- Developing relationships with both current and prospective tenants and owners
- Reviewing lease deals/renewals etc
- Negotiation
- Maintaining and advising around the correct tenant mix
- Deliver leasing strategy plans to ensure the best business outcomes for both owners and tenants
- Interstate travel to the assets
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in retail leasing with a shopping centre landlord or shopping centre agency.
- Strong negotiation experience
- Strong network in the retail market and a keen sense of the latest retail trends
- Good understanding of retail concepts, leasing procedures, management of operations and trade mix planning
- Good knowledge in structuring leasing contracts with strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Proactive, resourceful and strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
