Leasing & Inspection Specialist
About the role
Working alongside our portfolio managers you will be mentored and guided in all facets of portfolio management. Ideally you will be in a Property Management Assistant or Real Estate Administration role currently, but seeking more guidance and direction to develop your skills.
Duties
Include, but are not limited to;
- Organize and conduct various property inspections, including open for inspections, ingoing and outgoing inspections, and routine inspections.
- Complete detailed post-inspection reports, highlighting key findings.
- Organize marketing of properties as they become available
- Assist renters during property viewings and guide them through the application process
- Processing applications
- Assisting the Property Management Team as required
- Contributing to a culture of 'team' with a focus on respect and mutual professional development
Hours
9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00am to 2.30pm every Saturday
OR the option of alternate Saturdays
Week 1 - 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00am to 2.30pm Saturday
Week 2 - 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
Qualifications & Requirements
- Victorian Agents Representative Certificate
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
- Excellent time management and customer service orientation.
- Accurate data entry and organizational skills.
- Reliable, flexible, and able to follow through on tasks.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Neat and presentable appearance.
