The Role
In response to an increase in new client work, this newly established role involves joining a high-performing and expanding team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day management of leasing files. Responsibilities include preparing, negotiating, and finalising leases for landlord clients. Direct communication with clients, tenants, agents, and legal professionals is integral to the role. The candidate will receive comprehensive and ongoing training and support from other Paralegals, Lawyers, and Partners, along with dedicated administrative support.
The Candidate
To be eligible for consideration, the ideal candidate should boast a minimum of 5+ years' experience as a Paralegal, specifically dealing with large-scale leasing transactions. Demonstrating a robust work ethic, the candidate consistently delivers exceptional service to clients. Ideally, the candidate possesses a profound understanding of retail leasing and Australian retail legislation. Additional qualifications include previous experience as a Leasing Paralegal, an excellent level of accuracy and attention to detail, proven multitasking abilities, effective time management, and outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. The candidate should showcase the capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
