Supporting this Partner will see you in a position where YOU are valued, appreciated, and very well taken care of. This Partner cannot perform to their fullest without YOU. They travel (A LOT) so you will need the experience and confidence to be across everything. Did we mention the autonomy and ownership you will have in this role.
It will be up to you to keep the wheels turning by managing their extensive inbox, by flagging and responding to emails, organising travel, and managing calendars and appointment, client liaison, client reporting and not a lot of billing.
One of the most important things for this Partner is to develop a strong rapport and trust with YOU. They are warm, engaging and very relational. They are respectful, very well spoken, professional and will treat you with the utmost professional courtesy as they see your value.
