The role
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records using LEAP and MYOB software, performing monthly bank reconciliations, preparing quarterly BAS report;
- Liaison with the firm’s external accountant;
- Generating and processing invoices, receipts, payments;
- Maintaining trust account and statutory deposit accounts and assisting on yearly audit;
- Preparation of financial statements & reports, generating financial analysis reports;
- Collaborating with outsourced payroll provider to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll;
- General Administration including ordering stationary, liaising with property manager, providing general administrative support.
About you
To succeed in this role, you will:
- At least 3+ years relevant accounting experience;
- Experience with LEAP and MYOB desirable;
- Previous experience with trust accounts a must;
- Excellent professional communication skills (both oral and written);
- Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities
