As an upshot of growth, they are currently looking for a Legal Counsel to join the Legal team in their Sydney headquarters.
Position Description
In this role as a Legal Counsel you will be supporting and collaborating closely with the major projects, delivery, and property teams.
You will play a key role in handling all legal matters, particularly focusing on the commercial aspects of the company's infrastructure energy projects.
Key aspects of your role will include:
- leading contractual negotiations
- delivering strategic legal guidance
- liaising with government agencies
- overseeing external lawyers
- providing advice to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
