Summary of Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a law student seeking first-hand, and paid, experience in an Australian start-up with a large USA presence.
We are looking for a law student with initiative, drive and a willingness to roll up their sleeves. This role will give you the opportunity to work directly with the legal and commercial team and gain experience in commercial contracts as well as exposure to corporate governance, investor relations, capital raising and other legal and commercial items. This role will report to the Senior Legal Counsel.

- Ideally, the successful applicant is located in Sydney, but we will consider other applicants in the same, or a similar, Australian time zone.
- This is a casual role, and we are seeking a student to work one day (or two half-days) a week.
