We will do this by embedding our values to lead the organisation with a focus on safer gambling and good business practices.Our properties across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Sydney are world-class with many award-winning hotels, restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues.As our Leisure & Entertainment Marketing Executive, reporting to the Leisure & Entertainment Marketing Manager, you will execute events, promotions and other marketing initiatives designed to drive revenue growth.This is a fantastic opportunity where you will be involved in shaping the success of our events at The Star.A few of your responsibilities:

  • Support the L&E Marketing Manager to develop and implement L&E marketing plans and campaigns to achieve maximum revenue growth against KPIs.
  • Drive consistency of brand signature and guidelines across all forms of communication.
  • Develop, implement and monitor effective communication channels and other touch points with the objective to increase brand awareness and brand affinity, whilst driving revenue and market share.
  • Leverage key venue events and sponsorship programs to stimulate revenue and generate brand equity.
  • Support brand, partnership and content initiatives as required to execute at property level.
What we are looking for:
  • Ability to confidently direct marketing with a proven track record of success in devising and implementing campaigns.
  • Communicates clearly with all relevant departments on promotional activity and requirements needed to facilitate promotions.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing.
  • Experience in a high-volume environment managing tight and conflicting deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a low margin of error.
