Tasks & responsibilities
As a Mortgage Broking Lending Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our team in delivering outstanding service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the preparation and submission of mortgage application.
- Liaising with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to gather necessary documentation
- Conducting research on various loan products and lender policy.
- Providing administrative support to ensure smooth workflow within the team.
- Assisting in maintaining client records and databases accurately.
- Assist in reporting, building and refining processes and managing a team of assistants.
