Lending Consultant

As a Lending Consultant in our Direct Lending Unit, you’ll proudly provide a customer experience that is second to none to our Members. 

Your role will be to provide exceptional service to existing and new members through telephone and web-based personal loan applications, as well as promote, recommend, and refer lending, insurance, and credit card products to meet our member’s needs. As a key liaison for our members, you will assist in the finalisation of loan applications, whilst obtaining the required documentation to support our members application. Working directly with both new and existing Members, you will play a crucial role in Police Credit Union’s overall success. We know that work/life balance is important, so we offer stable hours of Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm.

If you have a background in the Australian financial services, health insurance or general insurance sectors – even better! FSRA Tier 2 and/or Tier 2 Insurance accreditation is a huge tick, however not a deal breaker, as on the job training is provided.
