We are currently seeking a passionate IT Support Engineer who possesses a clear and positive attitude and a passion for learning IT in the workplace. The role will be part of our Myrtec Service Desk team in NSW and you will be playing a key part in managing service requests from our clients in the professional services industry while developing your technical skills.

This position is based on the Central Coast with flexible working conditions available including a combination of remote and office-based work.
Our ideal candidate:
- holds an Australian Bachelor's or Master's degree in an IT-related field
- is experienced in a customer service environment
- loves learning and keen to complete industry-based certifications
- have a creative approach to problem-solving
- is well-presented and holds a driver's licence
- experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure and hold relevant certifications
- Australian citizenship (incl. NZ citizenship) or permanent residency
Duties:
- perform remote troubleshooting with end users
- determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
- take the customer through the problem-solving process
- provide accurate information on products or services
- record events, problems and their resolution in our case management system and knowledge base
- follow-up and update customer status and information
- pass on any feedback or suggestions from customers to the appropriate internal team
- periodic onsite visits to client sites
- identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
