Level 1 Helpdesk Tech, Ft, Wfh + Onsite

Join our national IT company working with corporate and SME’s providing services on-site and remotely providing managed IT solutions and support.

We need an IT Technician and Operations Officer to work alongside our highly technical and well-experienced mentors, resolving technical issues in a time-pressured working environment, as well as handling the internal operations for our team.

This excellent role, based in Adelaide or surrounds, is supported by an inclusive team with an experienced manager.

The Role:

Guiding clients through technical difficulties

• Install, troubleshoot and maintain a variety of hardware and software
• Problem-solving
• General administration
• Administration of internal software and systems

The Candidate:

You are looking to start your career in IT. You love tinkering with hardware and you're always the go-to to fix the family internet issues. Love your gaming, you feel most at home in front of a screen. And you love solving issues and working in a team environment.

• Organised, with the ability to prioritise as well as work to deadlines
• Ability to look outside the box to resolve issues
• Team focused with a strong can-do attitude
• Enthusiastic customer service
• Willing to show initiative
• Have a love for ‘tinkering’ and find out how things work
• Do you need a degree? No... in fact you'll probably do better without one :)

Working with a number of programs, this role is perfect for the candidate wanting to start a career in IT. The fact that you are comfortable engaging with different stakeholders both on the phone and in-person will stand you in good stead; your ability to work autonomously and be solution focussed will put you in the front of the queue.
