ABOUT THE POSITION.
As a Junior Level 3 ASP Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing top-tier assistance to their clients. You will work on Ausgrid, Endeavour Energy and Essential Energy design. You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced engineers, learning and honing your skills in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
DUTIES.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve escalated incidents and ensure timely resolution
- Monitor systems and perform routine maintenance tasks
- Document processes and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing within the team
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Liaise with Senior engineers and stakeholders
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of networking principles and protocols
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
