Our client who is a rapidly growing MSP in North Sydney is looking at onboarding a true Level 3 Technical Support Specialist who has strong experience around the Microsoft stack. This comes at a time due to a surge of growth with critical customers.
Responsibilities include
- Technical Consulting on upgrades and enchantments to clients existing environment
- Level 3 escalation support around the MS stack as well as Security
- Act as an advisory with technical escalation and support of projects
To be successful in this role we are looking for people with the following experience:
- 3-5 years experience as a Senior Engineer, ideally within managed services or Microsoft environments
- strong stakeholder engagement skills
- strong technical troubleshooting with Microsoft 365 stack including Office 365, Exchange, Sharepoint, SCCM and Intune
- Strong hands on experience working with Azure platforms include configuration, and troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of MS security solutions such as Defender and security methods such as patch management, identity management and device control in Intune
- Knoweldge of Network Security would be highly regarded
This position required confident and clear communication around M365, in-depth experience and calm and clear communication skills.
