Leveraging Levy Australia’s cutting-edge, guest-centric approach you will be tasked with delivering legendary experiences for the up to three million guests to hundreds of events the park welcomes each year, including the world’s biggest tennis tournament, the Australian Open. Fast-paced, and no two days the same, you will be responsible for:
- Pioneering the development and precise execution of premium dining experiences that challenge the status quo and shape the future of arena hospitality.
- Formulating innovative, diverse menus and ensuring world-class, memorable and personalised service delivery that enhances the Park’s global reputation for excellence.
- Nurture a collaborative, dynamic and agile culture of creativity among your culinary team whilst ensuring a meticulous commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

THE POSITION:
- Lead the creation of innovative and diverse menus for premium dining areas, including VIP lounges, and upscale dining spaces.
- Ensure the highest possible standards of food quality, presentation, and service delivery across all premium dining experiences, maintaining consistency and excellence in every aspect of the guest experience.
- Inspire and empower culinary teams to excel in their roles, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
- Continuously evaluate guest feedback, industry trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for enhancement and innovation.
THE PERSON:
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and establish industry-leading standards for premium dining experiences within large scale destination settings.
- Extensive expertise in menu development, food presentation, and quality control, ensuring the delivery of exceptional dining experiences tailored to discerning premium guests.
- Proven interpersonal skills to cultivate a culture of excellence and creativity among culinary teams and key stakeholders, fostering synergy and alignment toward shared objectives.
