Key responsibilities include managing Document Delivery workflows, processing requests, coordinating digitization efforts, leading specific projects, providing training and support to staff and customers, supervising a small team, liaising with university members, gathering and analyzing data for reporting, and demonstrating a growth mindset and adaptability. The role encompasses a range of duties to uphold high-quality Document Delivery services and contribute to the overall success of the department and its stakeholders.
