Property Legal PTY LTD was established in late 2020 to service the conveyancing needs of the clients of LocalAgentFinder. Created with the vision of delivering a class-leading service to property owners to further assist in making the selling journey smooth. Over the past three years, we have experienced significant growth with further scale planned for the years ahead.

The role:

• Be an integral part of a dynamic and growing business within a fun, ambitious, experienced team.
• You will bring your property law experience and take a hands on approach to our law firm with a strong focus on conveyancing.
• Assist in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• A role ideal for an enthusiastic, ‘can-do’ team player with a high attention to detail and willingness to take on new tasks.
• Working with and supporting an experienced team of lawyers, senior paralegals and sales team with the scope to develop your skills and grow with us as we grow.
• The role is Permanent / Full Time
• Immediate start

• Own your own portfolio of clients, supporting them through the end-to-end conveyancing process
• Ensure smooth and timely settlements
• Confidently provide advice to a diverse range of clients with a calm and patient approach
• Assist homeowners with property law related queries
• Assist clients to purchase their dream home or investment property

Then this might just be the right role for you! 

The skills and experience you have picked up in your career so far:

• 2-3+ years experience in conveyancing
• Experience in a high volume environment is desirable covering buy, sell, transfer & subdivision matters
• Full proficiency with PEXA & Duties Online & the conveyancing workflow
• Highly organised and efficient
